Application:
For unwinding and rewinding web materials, fibers, and more. Depending on customer requirements, these systems are manufactured either as quick-clamping systems or as handle-operated systems for increased torque transmission.
Function:
Tensioning is achieved without tools by rotating a handle by 100° (quick-clamping system). If higher torque transmission is required, a manual handle system is used instead of the quick-clamping mechanism. This allows for significantly greater torque transfer.
Torque is transmitted via highly chemically resistant tensioning rubber bands.

Advantages
- Extremely fast clamping and release via handle (locking with quick-change system)
- Increased torque transmission possible (only when operated via handle)
- Self-sufficient operation – no tools or compressed air required
- Durable, highly chemically resistant clamping rubber
- Cost-effective due to modular construction
- Short changeover times for sleeves and spools
- Excellent concentricity thanks to self-centering mechanism
- Customizable for almost any diameter
- Robust and straightforward design
- Proven expansion technology
- Locks both axially and radially
- Smooth and reliable operation
